Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from AmericanDream Clothing, you can return it for a Refund, Store Credit or Size Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for Store Credit and Size Exchanges. A small restocking fee will be applied to Returns. 

*No restocking fee for Exchanges or Store Credit.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with packaging.

Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges on leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.

 

U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Please submit a return or exchange request by sending an email to sales@americandreamathletics.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

International Returns and Exchanges

To initiate an international return or exchange, please fill out the appropriate International Returns From or International Exchanges Form (both forms were included in your order envelope with your invoice or you can email us at sales@americandreamathletics.com for a printable PDF). Include the form with your return/exchange item and ship to the address listed below. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping once we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product, we will issue you store credit that is redeemable immediately once the product arrives at our warehouse in returnable condition. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on international shipping or customs and duties charges.
